I can't imagine a better mortgage broker is out there than Riley!! He absolutely made the mortgage process really easy for us. He was extremely dedicated, answered all of our questions, was available at seemingly all times, and, most importantly, made us feel very confident in the process. To top it all off, he got us a mortgage that was about 60% higher than the bank pre-approved us for. And that was from the SAME bank.
